FXstreet.com (Córdoba) – The Aussie lost momentum and changed course against the Greenback, weighed by US stocks which turned negative after a positive opening.
The recovery of the AUD against the USD was capped by the 0.9970 area early NY session, from where the pair began a setback that has extended toward the 0.9910 zone so far. At time of writing, AUD/USD is trading around 0.9915/20, down 0.7% on the day.
As for technical levels, the Mataf.net analyst team locates next supports at 0.9900, 0.9860 and 0.9815, while on the upside resistances are seen at 0.9970, 1.0025 and 1.0085.
